DDSL, Family Support and Attendance Officer job summary

We are looking to appoint a DDSL, Family Support and Attendance Officer to join our team at Enrich Academy.

To operate as one of the academy's Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead to support the Designated Safeguarding Lead and other staff members.

With the responsibility of Family Support and Attendance Officer, the postholder will promote and develop good relationships with parents and carers of pupils, whilst proactively working to identify the needs and support required for pupils and their families. The postholder will also provide mentoring and transition support for pupils and hold awareness workshops for parents.

This role is temporary for 1 year.
