Deputy Chief Executive Officer job summary
St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Academy Trust is looking for a full time deputy CEO to provide further capacity for our mission of supporting and developing the best Catholic education now and for the future. This exciting expansion post comes about as our Trust grows to 9 schools later this year, as well as providing further capacity for our trust growth plan in the years ahead.
Formed in 2021 we are now in our fourth year. We are experiencing success, growth and transformational change across our schools. Successful in provision of the best possible Catholic education, the highest possible educational standards and highly effective financial and business support for our schools, this Trust aims to be a beacon of best practice in our region.
We are looking for an exceptional leader to join our executive team, and help provide the highest quality support and challenge for our talented, collegiate, engaging and able school leaders. Our schools are blessed with fantastic local governors, and our Trust is in turn governed by a strategic Board of Directors.
Our schools are all strong schools, and our finances are in exceptionally positive shape. The challenge of the role will be to encourage continual improvement so that every day each school gets a little better at what it already does brilliantly; the successful postholder will be joining a group of school leaders, governors, executive and directors who have a relentless drive for excellence. The mission will be a challenge, but it will be a privilege and a pleasure.
