As Deputy Curriculum Leader of Science you will: 

Support the Curriculum Leader in driving the vision and strategy for the Science department 

Contribute to developing an engaging, challenging curriculum 

Develop and support staff to ensure consistently strong teaching and learning within the department

Monitor student progress and use performance data to raise achievement 

Help manage resources and maintain high standards across the department 

Build positive relationships with students, staff, parents and partner schools 

We’re looking for someone who: 

Is an ambitious, proactive classroom practitioner who models excellent teaching 

Has the drive to raise standards and maintain high expectations 

Brings fresh thinking and a willingness to challenge and improve practice 

Is passionate about Science and inspires through an ambitious curriculum

Works collaboratively and contributes positively to the school community

Demonstrates strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
