About You:
Abbeyfield School is seeking a compassionate, organised and proactive individual who is passionate about safeguarding and making a positive difference to the lives of young people. The successful candidate will have experience working in a school or safeguarding-related environment, excellent communication and record-keeping skills, and the ability to build effective relationships with students, families, staff and external agencies. You will be confident managing a varied workload, handling sensitive information with professionalism, and working collaboratively to ensure the best possible outcomes for every student
Our Ideal candidate will have:
- School-based Experience:Experience of working within a school environment.
- Communication Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a variety of audiences.
- Relationship Building:Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with students, colleagues, families and external agencies.
- Problem Solving:A proactive problem solver who can assess situations and make appropriate decisions.
- Organisation & Initiative:Self-motivated with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage a busy workload and successfully multi-task.
