About You:
As a Deputy Director of Faculty at The Hart School, you will bring visionary leadership, a passion for educational excellence, and a commitment to fostering an inclusive and dynamic learning environment. Our ideal candidate would:
- Have a strong sense of direction and the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving shared goals.
- Have effective communication skills, the ability to clearly articulate ideas, provide constructive feedback and foster open dialogue among colleagues, students and parents.
- Be an excellent and reflective classroom practitioner.
Requirements:
To apply for the Deputy Director of Faculty opportunity you must hold:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience in teaching all key stages and of reflecting on and improving teaching practice to increase student achievement
- Recent and relevant Continuous Professional Development (CPD) and further management training.
