Deputy Head (Curriculum and Teaching & Learning) job summary
The Directors of the Edith Stein Academy Trust are looking to appoint a committed, practising Catholic to the role of Deputy Head at Oaklands Catholic School and Sixth Form College.
Our next Deputy Head will be enthusiastic and ambitious and will lead on curriculum and Teaching & Learning throughout the school. They will have a detailed understanding of the distinctive nature of the curriculum in a Catholic School.
The successful candidate must be committed to achieving outstanding outcomes for students no matter what their background; we believe all students have the potential to be great. They will be able to demonstrate the impact they have already achieved in their current setting; key to this will be a strong record of leading developments in curriculum that accelerates student progress and maintains a student learning culture which is engaging and aspirational.
