Deputy Head of Centre job summary

As the Deputy Head of centre, you will support
the Head of Centre for Hastings with responsibility for strategic direction and
development of student engagement and attendance, with rigorous attention to
how this translates to aspirational outcomes for all students. As the Deputy
Head of Centre, you will have input into curriculum development and
implementation. This will include empowering staff in their delivery of high
quality teaching and learning and preparing pupils for eventual progression
post 16 or reintegration pre-16 into mainstream settings.
