We are looking for a strong practitioner and leader who is willing to work hard, but only on those things that make a difference. We are looking for someone who has a proven record of success in different key stages and leading across the school. We are looking for someone who demonstrates optimism about children and will

compassionate, respectful, happy and tolerant.
