A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and ambitious Deputy Head of Sixth Form, focusing on the areas of personal development, behaviour and welfare . The successful candidate will assist the Head of Sixth Form in providing professional leadership ensuring high quality education and achievement for all Sixth Form students.

The Person

We are looking for an inspirational teacher who has a strong track record of raising achievement in KS5 and have been accountable for their performance/outcomes. You will have sound knowledge of Post 16 qualifications and curriculum design and be able to communicate effectively with the Sixth Form cohort as well as the Educational Leadership Team and Sixth Form team. Experience of working in a similar role would be desirable but not essential.
