Bracken Hill is an outward looking school, the Head Teacher and Governing Body are looking to further strengthen the Senior Leadership Team with the appointment of a committed, enthusiastic and dynamic Deputy Head Teacher. The successful applicant will be expected to share and deliver the strategic vision, and work in close partnership with the Head Teacher and dedicated and hardworking staff team to achieve the future developments for the school.
We need a person who is:
• An outstanding classroom practitioner
• A strong and effective leader with excellent managerial and interpersonal skills who can inspire and motivate others
• A creative, enthusiastic and innovative practitioner who enjoys leading learning
• Able to find solutions and development opportunities
• Passionate and committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for young people with complex and challenging needs
• Able to maintain a good sense of humour
