As a growing Multi-Academy Trust, now is a fantastic time to join our team of SEND education professionals at Exeter House School, an Ofsted rated Good, all through special school for CYP from EYFS age 4 to higher education age 19 who have PMLD, SLD or Complex Needs.
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Deputy Headteacher to join our ambitious leadership team. As Deputy Headteacher, you will play a central role in shaping the strategic direction of the school, supporting the Headteacher in delivering outstanding outcomes for all pupils. This is a key leadership position, ideal for someone who is motivated by impact, driven by purpose, and committed to continuous improvement.

- A proven senior leader with experience in special or mainstream education
- A strong understanding of SEND and a passionate advocate for inclusive practice
- A strategic thinker with the ability to inspire, motivate and develop others
- A confident communicator and relationship-builder, both within school and beyond
- A leader who places pupils’ wellbeing, progress, and potential at the heart of everything they do
