Parklands Infants School is seeking to appoint a Deputy Head Teacher due to the retirement of the current post holder. We are a large four form of entry school with a ninety plus nursery with children from the age of two years. We also offer out of school provision in the form of breakfast and afterschool clubs. The attractive site is shared with the junior school, is situated on the outskirts of Romford with good transport links and within easy reach of local forests and country parks.
The governors would like candidates, due to the retirement of the Head Teacher and the Deputy Head Teacher, to be aware of the obligation from the LA to consider options around the future school organisation. However, governors are keen to make a successful appointment during this time as we feel it is a pivotal role for our pupils and would be more than happy to discuss further. Please contact the Chair of Governors via the school office to arrange an informal discussion.
