  • Be a visible, positive presence for pupils, staff, parents and carers

  • Can lead and manage change with vision and empathy
  • Can inspire, motivate and support staff to achieve their best
  • Is reflective, resilient and solution-focused
  • Builds strong relationships with pupils, families, colleagues and external professionals
  • Will work closely with the Head Teacher to drive forward our strategic priorities and school improvement plan
  • Will have strong organisational skills
  • Shares our belief that every child deserves to succeed, regardless of starting point

We Offer

  • A supportive, ambitious and collaborative leadership team
  • Enthusiastic, friendly pupils who love to learn
