What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:
- An understanding of the role of Deputy Headteacher and work in partnership with colleagues, parents, governors, external agencies and the wider school community.
- An ability to build warm, positive and inclusive relationships with all stakeholders
- Is a strategic thinker, able to lead, inspire and motivate both staff and pupils.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills to inspire children and colleagues.
- Outstanding classroom teaching and effective assessment procedures.
- A secure understanding of SEND provision and procedures.
Effective leadership experience and a commitment to drive school improvement.
