What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking an exceptional and dedicated senior leader to join our team at Trinity Academy New Bridge. The ideal candidate should have experience in a promoted post, having effectively managed a staff team and formed positive relationships with learners, parents and carers in an SEMH setting.
You will have QTS and leadership qualifications, with a proven track record of excellent teaching practice, leading staff development and of working in strategic partnership with agencies and professionals, ensuring best outcomes for learners.
Proven behaviour management skills and experience in a setting that implements trauma informed practices would be advantageous
