Position: Deputy Headteacher - Teaching, Learning and Attainment
Education Stage: Secondary KS3 & KS4
Minimum Experience: Leadership Level

Job Description:
As Deputy Headteacher responsible for Teaching, Learning and Attainment, you will play a key role in shaping the educational experience of our students at Key Stage 3 & 4. You will work closely with staff to develop effective teaching strategies, monitor student progress, and promote high standards of learning throughout the school.

  • - Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate staff and student
  • - Ability to analyse data related to student attainment effectively

  • -Understanding of curriculum design at Key Stage 3 that impact outcomes at Key Stage 4
  • -Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent and evidence of continued professional development
