Deputy Head job summary

We are seeking to appoint an innovative and dynamic leader who will be someone who shares our commitment to providing personalised education that places each child at the center of their learning.

The role will include leading on a number of school improvement priorities including curriculum and assessment, staff induction, day to day running of the school alongside the other Deputy Headteacher and implementing a coaching approach to supporting teaching and learning.
