As part of this growth, we are looking to appoint a new Deputy Headteacher. If you are currently an Assistant or Deputy Headteacher, who is looking to increase their leadership skills and impact, then we invite you to apply!
The post holder will be a member of the School Leadership Team and as such will have additional areas of whole school responsibility.
You will be an experienced, proactive and innovative school leader, with a clear strategic vision and the ability to support and develop staff and students. As an outstanding practitioner, you will have a strong and consistent record of success, who constantly stives to raise the achievement of all students. You will have strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate the whole school community.
