What skills and experience we're looking for

Practising Catholic with a strong commitment to the Catholic faith and ethos of the school (reserved post).

Proven experience of leading, managing and motivating staff to achieve high standards.

Outstanding classroom practitioner with a strong track record of improving teaching and learning.

Experience of supporting school improvement and raising pupil outcomes.

Strong understanding of Ofsted and Catholic Schools Inspectorate (CSI) frameworks.

Ability to work strategically alongside the Headteacher to deliver a clear vision for school development.

Passionate about creating an inclusive environment where every child can thrive and succeed.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, parents, governors and external partners.

Ability to inspire, motivate and develop high-performing teams.

Skilled in analysing performance data and using evidence to drive improvement.

Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children at all times.

Resilient, adaptable and committed to continuous professional development.
