Oakridge School is two-from entry school in High Wycombe. As Deputy Head, you will play a key role in partnership with the Headteacher, driving school improvement, enhancing the quality of teaching and learning, and ensuring the wellbeing of both staff and students. You will be working closely with the current Headteacher who has overseen the school’s journey from ‘Requires Improvement’ to ‘Good,’ and is willing to support a candidate whose ambition may be to become a Headteacher. Three senior leaders now hold Headship positions.

You will be working with a teaching team who are open-minded, work well together and enjoy improving their knowledge and developing their practice. You may have some experience of developing others.
You will be working with wonderful children, who have excellent behaviour and learning attitudes.
This is a non-class based teaching role.
