We are seeking a creative, dynamic and committed leader who:

  • Has a deep passion for inclusive education, high achievement and whole-child development
  • Is confident leading strategic improvement across SEND, inclusion, achievement and pastoral systems
  • Brings strong experience of using data and assessment to identify gaps, shape interventions and measure impact
  • Can inspire, coach and develop colleagues through research informed practice and professional learning
  • Builds positive and trusting relationships with pupils, families, staff and external partners
  • Is ready to play a full and active role within a supportive Senior Leadership Team, including deputising for the Headteacher and serving as a Deputy DSL

You will lead inclusion and achievement with care, clarity and ambition, ensuring that barriers to learning are removed thoughtfully and that every child is known, valued and supported.
