What skills and experience we're looking for

  • Are an excellent teacher with a strong understanding of the pedagogy behind effective teaching and learning.

  • Have the ability to inspire and motivate others in achieving a common goal.

  • Can demonstrate whole school leadership experience that has impacted positively on a school over a sustained period of time.

  • Have expertise and experience across the Primary curriculum and age range, with the ability to take lead roles in a range of curriculum areas, and teaching and learning in general.

  • Are an ambitious person, committed to self-development and the development of others.

  • Value thoroughness and efficiency in equal measure – our school is a happy place to be but very busy!

  • Support and build further upon the distinctive Christian character of our Church school.
