About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a well-qualified, highly motivated, forward thinking, inspirational leader to join our oversubscribed and high-attaining school judged Outstanding by Ofsted. Personal Qualities

The successful candidate will:

• Have experience and skills in leadership

• Be a practising Christian committed to carrying forward the Christian and inclusive ethos of the school

• Be responsible for the strategic leadership of the school, with specific areas of responsibility being negotiated with the successful candidate

• Be able to demonstrate a track record of leading change and raising attainment and achievement

• Have a proven track record of good/outstanding teaching and learning skills, with excellent outcomes

• Have excellent communication skills and relate well to students, staff, parents and the wider community and actively support the school’s ethos.
