Deputy Headteacher - Attendance job summary

We are seeking to appoint an experienced senior leader to the Trust who can rapidly support the transformation of attendance at Oakbank School. The right candidate will already have significant experience and impact of moving attendance processes, systems and culture of attendance and be able to demonstrate this impact in their current or recent roles.
This is a fixed role until 31st August 2026 as part of our rapid improvement plan to address the inadequate rating from our recent Ofsted inspection. The appointed person will take full responsibility for the attendance section of the post Ofsted action plan.

We understand that choosing an employer and changing roles is a big decision. We will always invest time in talking to anyone who is seeking more details about any role.
