Deputy Headteacher – Barnehurst Federation of Schools job summary
Due to internal promotion within the Trust, we are seeking to appoint an outstanding and inspirational Deputy Headteacher who will work in partnership with the Headteacher and leadership team to continue embedding and further developing high-quality teaching and learning across the school.
The SchoolThe Federation of Barnehurst Schools comprises two-form entry schools, including Barnehurst Infants and Nursery and Barnehurst Juniors. Both are oversubscribed, outstanding schools that value their community and have built a strong reputation for excellence over the years.

You will:
- Provide strategic and operational leadership alongside the Headteacher, upholding the school’s ethos of compassion, inclusion, and high expectations.

- Be a confident communicator and strategic thinker with a strong understanding of SEND.
