As Deputy Headteacher, you will play a key role in both the strategic direction and the day-to-day leadership of the school. You will champion excellence in teaching, learning and pastoral care and help to foster a culture where children flourish academically, socially and emotionally.
We are looking for an experienced Leader who:
- inspires and motivates others providing, confident leadership that builds on and strengthens the school’s clear vision and value;
- will establish high standards and expectations of the teaching and learning within the school;
- be a consistently highly effective teacher with secure evidence-based understanding of what makes the best teaching;
- communicates with clarity, empathy and integrity, building strong and trusting relationships with children, staff, families, governors and a wide range of stakeholders within and beyond the school;
- can demonstrate they have a deep understanding of meeting the needs of vulnerable children.
- is committed to working within our Trust and will act in the best interests of the whole Trust, collaborating with others and contributing to the strategic direction of the Trust.
