This is a high-impact role for a leader with excellent professional judgement, a strong track record of whole-school improvement and the credibility to inspire staff, pupils, families and external partners.
You will combine strategic thinking with strong operational grip. You will develop confident and consistent practice across the workforce, use behaviour and pastoral data intelligently, strengthen support and intervention, work effectively with families and external agencies, and build a culture in which pupils feel known, respected and ready to learn.
The successful candidate will be:
An experienced senior leader with a proven record of whole-school improvement,
Able to demonstrate measurable impact in behaviour, pastoral leadership or the climate for learning,
A strategic thinker with the operational grip to secure consistent practice across the school,
A calm, credible and highly visible leader who combines compassion with high expectations,
Skilled in using behaviour and pastoral data to evaluate impact, target support and drive improvement,
Able to build strong relationships with pupils, staff, families, governors and external agencies,
Committed to safeguarding, inclusive education and excellent outcomes for every pupil.
In return, we offer:
High-quality Trust-wide professional learning and leadership development,
Collaborative networks across a successful family of primary and secondary schools,
A supportive, ambitious professional community committed to inclusive education,
The opportunity to shape behaviour and pastoral practice within the school and beyond.
If you are ambitious for young people, calm under pressure and ready to lead with clarity, compassion and high expectations, we would be delighted to hear from you.
