What skills and experience we're looking for
This is an exciting time to join our trust and work with the newly appointed Headteacher in leading Beckfoot Upper Heaton. This school has transformed since it joined our trust in 2014 and it is now ready to take the next step on its journey to remarkable.
This is a key role for our school and for the community that we are so privileged to serve. The successful applicant will have experience of pastoral leadership (Assistant Head or Deputy Head) and be able to demonstrate a sustained record of crafting a purposeful, motivational and inclusive culture. They will have evidence of leading and implementing strategy with rigour and clarity, investing in people and demanding remarkably high standards.
The right candidate will be a values-driven leader and highly ambitious for the school. They will have an unswerving belief that all students and staff can do, if supported and challenged in the right way.They will be committed to their own lifelong learning and development and to ensuring the school is a place where all can belong.
