Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Deputy Headteacher to lead and support the development of Behaviour and Culture within our school. This is a new role to support our expanding school as numbers continue to grow year on year and we need to grow the senior leadership team.
As part of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), the Deputy Headteacher will have a pivotal role in shaping and embedding a positive school culture that promotes high standards of behaviour, student wellbeing, and overall achievement. This role is critical to ensuring all students are supported in reaching their full potential through effective strategies, systems, and interventions.
