We are seeking to appoint a highly effective senior leader to join us as Deputy Headteacher at Westlands School; the successful candidate will be a talented, inspiring and highly motivated leader who has the skill to successfully maintain and develop the values, culture and traditions of our school.
The position requires a leader who can maintain our well-established behaviour management systems whilst also developing new strategies to ensure we continue to have high standards of behaviour for learning and strong working relationships with students and their families.
As Deputy Headteacher leading on Behaviour and Culture, the successful candidate will work closely with the Headteacher and will lead a large team of Assistant Headteachers and support staff to ensure our RADAR values are at the heart of everything we do.
This role proves an outstanding career opportunity for an ambitious and experienced professional who can demonstrate impact of strategic leadership, excellent management and has a proven track record of success.
