Deputy Headteacher job summary

St Nicholas C of E Primary School is seeking to appoint an outstanding, full-time Deputy Headteacher to complement the existing Senior Leadership Team.

We are looking to appoint:
• A highly motivated and inspirational Deputy Headteacher
• A creative and outstanding classroom practitioner - the ideal candidate will have the vision and skills to work effectively in partnership with the Headteacher in continuing to raise standards
• Someone who is fully committed to inclusion and continually strives for the highest standards for all children
• Someone with excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills and the ability to lead, motivate and inspire others
• A creative thinker who makes learning exciting and is able to bring our curriculum to life
• A team player with high levels of emotional intelligence, resilience and a good sense of humour
• A reflective practitioner who accepts and relishes a challenge
• A leader who can demonstrate excellent management and leadership skills
