We are delighted to announce an exciting opportunity to join the team at Cedar Children’s Academy as our Deputy Headteacher.

As Deputy Headteacher, you will play a pivotal role in the strategic leadership and day-to-day management of the Academy. Working in close partnership with the Headteacher, you will help drive continual improvement and ensure the delivery of a high-quality, engaging and enriching education for all pupils.

Reporting directly to the Headteacher, the successful candidate will be accountable for demonstrating measurable impact on pupil outcomes, the quality of teaching and the delivery of whole‑school priorities, using a clear range of evidence to show sustained and continuous improvement.
