Deputy Headteacher job summary
We are seeking a dynamic and inspirational Deptuy Headteacher to join our leadership team. This role comes with unparalled opportunities for development, progression, and influence as the academy evolves!

We are seeking an excellent teacher with a proven track record of high-quality teaching. They will be a key leader in ensuring high quality teaching and learning across the school and support the implementation of the curriculum including adaptive teaching where appropriate.
Our new Deputy Headteacher (Maternity cover) will be supporting the development of teachers early in their career. They will do this by mentoring and coaching as well as delivering high quality lessons themselves. We are determined to support our teachers to be the best they can be and develop into future leaders themselves.
Although this is a fixed-term maternity cover position, there may be potential for ongoing employment within the Trust, subject to available opportunities.
