  • Can you become a co-opted member of the Governing Body Curriculum Sub-Committee to drive continuous improvement?
  • Have you got the skills to lead, empower, challenge and assist staff to own their areas of the curriculum and continue to raise standards in our school?
  • Are you self-motivated and have aspirations to become a Headteacher?
  • Can you promote positive relationships with staff and support them in their professional development?
  • Are you prepared to enrich our curriculum by running after school clubs and participating in educational residential trips?
  • Have you been involved in change management and continuous improvement in a school?
  • Are you committed to involving parents and the wider community in the life of the school and which may include developing strong church links?
  • Do you value the importance of outside learning to inspire and motivate?
  • Have you experience at a leadership level of financial management in an educational establishment?
