- Are you self-motivated and have aspirations to become a Headteacher?
- Can you promote positive relationships with staff and support them in their professional development?
- Are you prepared to enrich our curriculum by running after school clubs and participating in educational residential trips?
- Have you been involved in change management and continuous improvement in a school?
- Are you committed to involving parents and the wider community in the life of the school and which may include developing strong church links?
- Do you value the importance of outside learning to inspire and motivate?
- Have you experience at a leadership level of financial management in an educational establishment?
