What skills and experience we're looking for
Grantham Additional Needs Fellowship comprises of two Grantham-based campuses, Ambergate Campus and Sandon Campus.
Sandon Campus caters for pupils between the ages of 3 and 19 with severe learning difficulties and complex needs. Our pupils’ needs are wide ranging; many are on the autistic spectrum, with others having Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties.
Ambergate Campus caters for pupils between the ages of 4 and 16 with moderate learning difficulties many are on the autistic spectrum, with others having ADHD and varying degrees of developmental delay.

The schools are part of CIT (Community Inclusive Trust), a Multi Academy Trust comprising of special and mainstream primary schools across Lincolnshire, Leicestershire and Nottinghamshire.
We are looking to appoint an accomplished, inspiring leader to join our hard-working, friendly team at our outstanding Special School. We are looking for a candidate to work in partnership with the head teacher and senior leadership team (SLT) to support the effective day to day running of the school; to play a key role in ensuring the school provides the most effective environment to provide outstanding care and teaching and learning for our pupils. You must be passionate about working with SEND pupils, helping motivate and prepare them for their future.
