What skills and experience we're looking for
Following the resignation of our well-respected Deputy Head, Oak Trees Multi Academy Trust and our School Governing Body wish to appoint a highly motivated, experienced and committed school leader to join the leadership team of Greasby Junior School.
We are seeking candidates who:
Are exemplary classroom practitioners with a passion for teaching and learning.
Show a deep commitment to the vision and values of Oak Trees Multi Academy Trust, including playing a collaborative part across the Trust and representing the school at Trust events and training.
Have high expectations, a clear vision of educational excellence and the professional drive and motivation to see school priorities come to fruition.
Are highly effective leaders with the ability to motivate and inspire pupils, colleagues and parents.
Are effective communicators with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, who can lead by example to secure positive outcomes across the school.
Show a positive and caring attitude to all children
Have proven ability in raising standards and a commitment to continuous school improvement through self-evaluation.
Are willing to go the extra mile for the staff and families of Greasby Junior School.

Greasby Junior School is a member of the Oak Trees Multi Academy Trust. The Trust was established in 2017 and now comprises 9 Wirral primary schools who work collaboratively to improve outcomes for pupils across the peninsula. The Trust schools work collectively towards the same agreed values:
