This DeputyHeadteacher role offers a unique opportunity to shapeand drive an ambitious, evidence-informed inclusionstrategy, championing the success and wellbeing of ourmost vulnerable students.

Working closely with the Headteacher and Trust colleagues,the successful candidate will provide strategic leadershipof the whole school approach to inclusion, ensuring it isembedded across all aspects of school life and that nostudent is left behind. This will involve support and carefor vulnerable students as well as all aspects of studentattendance, parental engagement and safeguarding. Inaddition, the role will include the strategic oversight ofthose responsible for SEND.
