Deputy Headteacher (Inclusion and Standards)
This is a genuinely exciting opportunity to join the AspirePlus Educational Trust. Required from January 2020, we are looking to appoint an exceptional Deputy Headteacher at Longdendale High School. The role represents an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and committed leader to develop their career by taking on a key senior leadership responsibility. The successful applicant will have responsibility for the strategic direction and management of all inclusion and pastoral structures and systems across the school as well as leading on whole school standards in all areas.

Essential educational requirements
Qualified Teacher Status
Essential skills and experience
Significant successful teaching experience.
Significant Leadership and Management experience in a secondary school at a senior level.
Experience of leading a successful whole school initiative
Evidence of work which has led directly to positive outcomes for learners at whole school level
Be an excellent classroom practitioner
