Deputy Headteacher (Inclusion and Standards) job summary
This is a genuinely exciting opportunity to join the AspirePlus Educational Trust. Required from January 2020, we are looking to appoint an exceptional Deputy Headteacher at Longdendale High School. The role represents an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and committed leader to develop their career by taking on a key senior leadership responsibility. The successful applicant will have responsibility for the strategic direction and management of all inclusion and pastoral structures and systems across the school as well as leading on whole school standards in all areas.
As an inspirational leader and teacher, your key responsibility will be to provide strategic leadership and direction, which secures striking impact on standards, provision and outcomes for students in our school. You will be part of a highly committed team of professionals who are passionate about raising standards and who are determined to further develop teaching and improve learning outcomes and overall provision for all students. The Deputy Headteacher will contribute significantly to driving school improvement by implementing and leading on high quality provision that leads to positive outcomes for students. This role will allow you to develop your own career in an innovative, challenging yet highly supportive educational trust.
