- Has experience of working effectively with families, external agencies and wider stakeholders.

The role includes responsibility for:
- Leading safeguarding and child protection across the school as Designated Safeguarding Lead.
- Strategic leadership of inclusion, disadvantaged pupils and pupil premium provision.
- Driving improvements in attendance and behaviour.
- Leading personal development, wellbeing and aspects of the PSHE/RSE curriculum.
