We can offer you:
• Professional Support and Development - The opportunity to join the leadership team at a forward-thinking, growing school, with strong support from the Headteacher and Governing Body.
• A School with a Heart – Our school values and vision are at the centre of everything we do. We have an incredibly strong, talented and committed staff team and a delightful pupil community.
• A Wonderful Community - Despite the size and make-up of the School, we are still a village school, with a caring, family ethos and a great reputation.
• Strong Support Networks - As part of the Faringdon Learning Trust, we benefit from close working relationships of a MAT, and can guarantee a supportive environment where collaborative working within a strong partnership of Headteachers, colleagues and governors is the norm and unique opportunities for further professional development can be offered.
