The Diamond Learning Partnership Trust are looking for a Deputy Headteacher to join our team at King James Academy Royston.

Over the last four years King James Academy has transformed, but we have the drive and desire to do more and we are looking for a skilled Deputy Head of our through-school. We are looking to appoint an individual who has the same desire as all of our stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be understanding the context of our through-school and the community it serves. You must be an outstanding and innovative teacher who is able to demonstrate their track record as a strong, strategic leader and demonstrate the impact you have made at your own school. You must understand the principles of high-quality primary education, and have leadership experience in a secondary setting. You will be visible and share the same passion for transforming young people’s life’s that all staff at King James Academy do.

Our school communityis passionate about providing a well-rounded education for its students, not only academically but culturally and artistically. This is provided through its diverse and rich curriculum that makes a major contribution to the students’ moral and cultural development.
