is seeking an exceptional Deputy Headteacher to join our dedicated team and help lead the next stage of our journey. As a highly inclusive, one-form entry primary school and proud IQM Flagship School for Inclusion, we are committed to ensuring every child is known, valued and supported to thrive.

Working closely with the Headteacher, you will play a key strategic role in shaping teaching and learning, driving school improvement, and championing outstanding outcomes for all pupils. A particular focus of the role will be supporting SEND provision, developing our nurture offer, and helping to build leadership capacity across the school.


Looking for a leader who:

  • Has successful leadership experience within a primary school setting.
  • Demonstrates a strong commitment to inclusion and improving outcomes for all pupils.
  • Has expertise in EYFS and KS1 curriculum, assessment and pedagogy.
  • Has experience of leading phonics and early reading development.
  • Can inspire, coach and develop colleagues to achieve excellence.
