What skills and experience we're looking for
Danesgate Community are seeking to recruit a Deputy Headteacher – Learning & Achievement who is dynamic senior leader who is committed to the challenge of working with vulnerable young people. This is an exciting opportunity to work with skilled staff in a successful 5-16 age range specialist setting for SEMH & ASC. We are looking for someone with the vision, drive and leadership skills to support us in our journey towards being an Outstanding provision. The successful candidate will have the capacity and experience to manage operational elements of the school alongside their strategic caseload.
