We are looking for a Deputy Headteacher who:
- Has exceptional knowledge and understanding of high-quality teaching, learning and curriculum design
- Has a strong track record of securing excellent pupil outcomes
- Demonstrates innovation and creativity in curriculum development
- Understands the importance of high attendance and positive school culture
- Has proven experience across the whole primary phases
- Possesses an in-depth understanding of the Ofsted framework
- Actively contributes to the professional growth and development of staff
- Shows clear leadership ambition and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic learning environment
