We pride ourselves on our supportive environment, dedicated staff, and a strong partnership with families and the wider community.

Three senior leaders now hold Headship positions.
At Oakridge School, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our students’ lives. We offer a supportive working environment, flexible working if needed, ongoing professional development, and a collaborative team atmosphere.
We are looking forward to welcoming someone to our forward-thinking Leadership Team, who recently won ‘Primary School Leadership Team of the Year,’ in the 2024 Buckinghamshire School Awards.
You will be working with a teaching team who are open-minded, work well together and enjoy improving their knowledge and developing their practice. You may have some experience of developing others.
