  • an ability to turn challenging situations into positive outcomes
  • the ability to communicate clearly with all stakeholders, including staff, pupils, parents and the governing body
  • a demonstrable track record of developing a team to meet the high expectations required and unlocking their leadership potential

Oulton Primary is a recently refurbished school that boasts an attractive spacious working environment.
