What skills and experience we're looking for
Park Primary School is looking for a dedicated deputy headteacher to join our school community with a core responsibility of leading teaching and learning.
Park Primary School is a one-form entry school in Aldershot set within spacious school grounds. We are an inclusive school and provide a calm and nurturing environment for the children within our community. We have above average numbers of children who are eligible for Pupil Premium and high numbers of pupils with SEND. We are looking for someone who has high expectations and is passionate about supporting all of our pupils to succeed.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Lead and develop school staff and promote good standards of teaching and learning across the school.
- Coach and mentor staff and organise CPD which meets the needs of the school.
- Take strategic responsibility for the delivery of an innovative and exciting curriculum which meets the needs of pupils, enabling them to achieve good outcomes.
- Lead a core subject area.
- The role of a Deputy Designated Safeguarding Leader.
- Take a lead role in supporting and managing the pastoral care and wellbeing of pupils as part of our pastoral team.

- Really cares about our school, staff and children and will advocate to help everyone to achieve the best outcomes possible.
