Required for April 2023 an inspirational and committed Deputy Head teacher.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and make a significant contribution to the next phase of Cranbourne’s journey towards excellence. We are looking for somebody who has a genuine commitment to high quality comprehensive education; equality, diversity and student well-being, with a proven track record in senior leadership roles. The successful candidate will possess significant experience of managing the pastoral area at either senior or middle leadership level together with the ability to motivate, inspire and enthuse with the skills to embrace and manage change in the pursuit of excellence.

What the school offers its staff

Cranbourne has a continual focus on improving subject specialist teaching and achievement; and we encourage staff to work with a high degree of independence. We have a welcoming staff body, who support each other at all times and maintain a good work - life balance.
