Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies with the Headteacher to enhance achievement standards and outcomes.
  • Leading and supporting staff in delivering high-quality SEND provision tailored to diverse student needs.
  • Building strong partnerships with parents, carers, and external agencies to promote student well-being.
  • Contributing to school improvement initiatives and fostering a culture of continuous enhancement.
