What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Deputy Headteacher to lead on Quality of Education within the Primary Phase of our all-through campus.

This key leadership role will focus on driving high-quality teaching, learning and curriculum design, ensuring strong outcomes for all pupils. Working closely with the Headteacher and senior leaders, you will play a central role in shaping strategic improvement across the primary phase while contributing to the wider all-through vision.

  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of high-quality education and curriculum excellence
  • Inspire, support and develop staff to achieve consistently high standards
  • Be committed to inclusion, equity and pupil achievement
